Cell and Tissue Imaging
IMRA’s i-colloid nanoparticles can be conjugated with targeting molecules such as peptide and antibodies for cell and tissue staining, and the samples can be studied with a common optical microscope in the dark field mode without the need of dark room and filter sets, and free of photo-bleaching, as shown above.
IMRA’s i-colloid nanoparticles can also be labeled with fluorophores for fluorescence imaging of cells and tissues. Because each nanoparticle carries multiple fluorophore molecules, the signal intensity is greatly enhanced.
